Who doesn’t love hot wings? However, they’re not the best when you’re on a diet. I came across this super easy recipe on Pinterest. It has all the taste of hot wings and none of the guilt!
1 (3 pound) bag frozen chicken breasts
1 envelope ranch seasoning mix
1 bottle buffalo wing sauce
Place frozen chicken breasts in crock pot. Sprinkle seasoning on top of chicken. I would advise you to not use the entire package–maybe half. Otherwise it could be a bit salty. Pour the entire bottle of sauce on top of chicken. Cook on low for six hours. Shred chicken with forks and put back in crock pot. Cook on low for an additional hour. Serve on buns. If you’re counting weight watchers points, there are three points in a four ounce serving. Enjoy!
