Fish Tacos

I made fish tacos for supper. They were a hit! However, what really made them special was the homemade salsa. With the sweetness of the mango, the creaminess of the avocado, the zip of the cilantro, and the growing warmth of the ground cayenne, it was a perfect mix. Be sure to try it! Oh, and of you’re counting points for Weight Watchers, it’s very low in points.

You need:

1 medium mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
1/2 half cup cilantro, chopped
Juice of one lime
1/2 red onion, diced
Salt, pepper, ground cayenne to taste

Combine all ingredients. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.

*Each taco is 5 points on Weight Watchers.
