Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Because I work a full-time job, I really enjoy using the crockpot. There’s nothing quite like walking into the house after a long day at work to the smell of a delicious supper completely prepared! This is an excellent recipe I found on Pinterest. Give it a try!

You need:

2 pounds stew meat
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion, diced
1/2 cup water
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
1 bag egg noodles

Combine meat, soup, water, onion,Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and paprika in crockpot. Stir well. Cook on low for 8 hours. Cut cream cheese into chunks and turn crockpot on high. Cook for ten more minutes, or until the cream cheese is completely melted. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Mix noodles with beef mixture. Serve.
