This dip is an easy appetizer to throw together before a church get-together or party. With only three ingredients, it’s great paired with raw veggies, chips, or crackers.
1 (12 oz) bag frozen spinach
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
1 package ranch dressing seasoning
Thaw the bag of spinach. Drain and squeeze excess water from the spinach. Combine sour cream and ranch seasoning well in a medium bowl. Add spinach. Stir well. Keep chilled until serving.
