This is a healthier alternative to regular salad dressing, but it has a great taste. Drizzle this on a tossed salad before serving, or serve as a dip with raw veggies. So delicious!
2/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Serve immediately. If you are saving it for later, stir well when you serve it. Do not add to salad until you are ready to serve. Otherwise, your salad will be slimy.
