Sometimes you need a meal to impress. This meal is delicious, easy, (you can put the ingredients together ahead of time.) and, boy, is it impressive! I got this recipe from my mom, who happens to be an excellent cook. If you make this, your family is going to request it for the rest of your life!
6-8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, beaten flat
6-8 pieces of lunch meat ham
6-8 slices raw bacon
1 large and 1 small can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz sour cream
1 and one half cups grated mozzarella cheese
Roll ham and wrap flattened chicken breast around it. Wrap with bacon. Place in a baking dish. Mix sour cream, and soup, and pour evenly over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 250 degrees for two hours. Remove the foil and sprinkle with cheese. Replace the foil and bake an additional 15 minutes, or long enough for the cheese to melt. Serve over rice.
