Everything but the Kitchen Sink

These bars are so delicious! They are chock-full of goodies like: peanut butter, chocolate chips, raisins, marshmallows, honey–well, you get the picture. I haven’t met anyone yet who didn’t absolutely love these! And they are SO easy!

You need:

5 cups crisped rice cereal
Two and a half cups quick cooking oats
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Three-fourths cups raisins
One-half cup chopped peanuts
16 ounces marshmallows
2 tablespoons butter
One-fourth cup honey
One-eighth cup vegetable oil
One-fourth cup peanut butter

Combine the first five ingredients in a large bowl, and set aside. Over low heat, melt the marshmallows with the butter, stirring until smooth. Add honey, oil, and peanut butter, and mix well. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat. It helps to spray your hands with cooking spray to keep the mixture from sticking to you. Press the well-coated mixture into a 13″x9″ buttered pan. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
