Four Hour Body (Week 8)

I have now completed eight weeks of the four hour body. I have been very faithful with the exception of a few days here and there. I am down 28 lbs and I am still enjoying the diet. I joined a gym and have started exercising three days a week. I have also started taking a multi-vitamin. My energy levels are very high. No problem stirring in the morning. I can stay up late and always be alert. If I don’t lose anymore weight (which I doubt will happen) I would be happy at this point that my quality of life has improved this much. My friends, especially Vince Brodt – @vincredible45 have been a huge encouragement to me. I find myself wanting to do more outdoor/impact activities. This is relatively new and exciting for me.
