Crusty Red Potatoes

These go so well with the meatloaf below:

You need:

6 medium red potatoes
6 tablespoons melted butter
one fourth cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Pour the melted butter into a 9×13 baking pan.  Sprinkle evenly with parmesan.  Cut the red potatoes in half, lenghtways.  Place them, cut side down, in the butter/cheese mixture.  Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.  Salt and pepper to taste.  I like to make these with the meatloaf because they take the same amount of time at the same temperature.  Add some green beans or broccoli, and you have a complete meal!
