This is one of my husband’s favorite meals–and it’s so easy! One of my favorite things about this meatloaf recipe is that you don’t have any chopping or measuring. Even the topping is easy. After you make it a few times, you can kind of “eye” the ingredients without measuring!
1 pound ground chuck
1 box Savory Herb Stovetop Stuffing
1 cup hot water
2 raw eggs
1 cup bbq sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
one fourth cup brown sugar
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients very well with hands. Put into a baking dish and mold into a loaf shape. In a small bowl, combine ingredients for topping. Pour evenly over the top of the meat. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
