2 and one fourth cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
One half cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cups semi sweet chocolate chunks
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt, and set aside. In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugars, and vanilla at medium speed with an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and chocolate chunks. Add pecans. Using about 2 tablespoons of dough, form into balls with your hands and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until lightly golden on the edges. Yum, yum!
